- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a customer for 4 years now & ever since they have changed the staff around at the Goodlettsville location it has never been the same. There is a problem almost every time I visit there. I will be visiting another location. There must be a reason they have such a high staff turn over rate. Maybe it is a training office. I don't know... the customer service just isn't what is used to be. I'll be finding another location to go to or maybe even switching banks.August 19, 2017by Angelina Harris
